🚀 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V), and ensuring high availability of applications. You will also work on key infrastructure projects and provide 24x7 support for data center operations.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

✅ Windows System Administration – Install, upgrade, and manage Windows servers (2008/2012/2016/2019).
✅ Virtualization Management – Configure and support Nutanix, VMware, and Hyper-V platforms.
✅ Troubleshooting & Debugging – Analyze system errors, review logs, and resolve performance issues.
✅ Server Infrastructure & Data Center Support – Provision virtual machines, implement server upgrades, and perform capacity planning.
✅ Active Directory & Group Policy Management – Manage AD Users, Groups, and GPOs.
✅ Network & Security Support – Work with DNS, DHCP, IIS, SFTP and maintain secure environments.
✅ Automation & Scripting – Use PowerShell/VBS scripts to automate tasks and optimize system performance.
✅ Incident & Problem Management – Provide L2 support, resolve system alerts, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
✅ ITSM & Ticketing Tools – Work with ServiceNow or similar tools for managing IT infrastructure requests.
✅ Hardware & Storage Management – Support Dell/HP/Cisco UCS servers and backup storage solutions.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
💡 Windows Server Administration: 3+ years of experience
💡 Virtualization (VMware/Nutanix/Hyper-V): 3+ years of experience
💡 IT Infrastructure & Networking: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and SFTP
💡 ITSM Tools: Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms
💡 Security & Compliance: Knowledge of patch upgrades and change management
💡 Bonus Skills: Experience with O365 ecosystem & Horizon VDI is a plus
