✅ Agreement Review: Analyze agreements with intermediaries and service partners 📝
✅ Monitoring & Risk Mitigation: Conduct risk analysis, ensure regulatory reporting, and suggest automation to improve efficiency 🔍
✅ Regulatory Engagement: Draft responses, represent compliance matters, and maintain records as per IRDAI requirements 📂
✅ Management Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and escalate key compliance issues to leadership 📊
✅ SOX Compliance & Other Projects: Maintain compliance with SOX guidelines and support various compliance-related initiatives ✅

🔹 CA Qualified (May 2024/Nov 2024 batch) - Max 4 attempts 📚
🔹 Strong understanding of regulatory updates, compliance policies, and risk management ⚖️
🔹 Ability to analyze, interpret, and advise on compliance matters 🔍
