As a key member of our Development Team, you will design and implement cutting-edge UI/UX solutions for web-based applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a seamless user experience across devices.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop high-performance, responsive web user interfaces.
✅ Convert prototypes & designs into clean, structured, and accessible HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
✅ Explore and implement new web technologies for performance optimization.
✅ Ensure cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility (WCAG standards).
✅ Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to maintain design integrity.
✅ Provide mentorship to junior developers and foster a culture of innovation.

🎓 Qualifications

🎓 Education: Any Graduate (Degree not required but preferred).
🛠 Experience: 2 - 4 years in UI/UX & web design.

🛠 Required Skills

🔹 Expertise in: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
🔹 Strong knowledge of: Responsive Design, UI/UX Best Practices
🔹 Proficient in: Web Accessibility (WCAG), Web Optimization, Cross-Browser Compatibility
🔹 Experience with: Figma, Sketch, Photoshop

🌟 Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

✨ CSS preprocessors like SASS, SCSS
✨ SEO Optimization & Performance Tuning
