🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Web Designer, your role is more than just “designing”.
You're helping shape how employers and job seekers connect online! 🌐🤝

🚀 Your Day-to-Day

🔸 Turn creative concepts and wireframes into pixel-perfect, launch-ready websites
🔸 Build responsive user interfaces that work seamlessly across devices 📱💻
🔸 Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers 👨‍💻👩‍🎨
🔸 Use your skills to push the boundaries of what’s possible on the web
🔸 Stay updated with the latest trends and tech in web design and development 🧑‍💻
🔸 Develop clean, accessible, and performance-optimized code

🧠 What We’re Looking For

✅ Must-Have Skills

📌 2+ years of experience designing and building web interfaces
📌 Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery
📌 Solid understanding of responsive design & cross-browser compatibility
📌 Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
📌 Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work
📌 Familiarity with tools like Sketch, Photoshop, or similar

💡 Bonus Points If You Know:

✨ CSS preprocessors like SASS
✨ SEO fundamentals
✨ Frameworks like BEM, OOCSS, SMACSS
✨ Building HTML email templates
✨ ASP.NET Razor C# syntax

📍 Location & Work Mode

🏙️ Bengaluru, India
🧑‍💻 Hybrid Work Model – 3 days in office, rest remote
✍️ You’ll complete a technical coding assessment as part of the interview
