🎓 Your Skill Stack

👨‍🎓 Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or relevant experience

• 5+ years in engineering ops or leadership roles in tech 🧠

🛠️ Technical Know-How:

• Solid experience in C#/.Net Core, MVC, SQL Server, MongoDB

• Hands-on with Agile and modern development processes 💻

• Bonus: Experience managing full software delivery lifecycle 🚀

💬 Leadership & Communication:

• Strong mentoring, problem-solving, and people skills 🤝

• Comfortable leading across geographies and cultures 🌏
