🎯 As a Senior UI Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how millions interact with our digital platforms. Here’s what you’ll dive into:

✅ Build robust and sleek web user interfaces that integrate with backend systems
✅ Turn UI/UX designs & prototypes into responsive, clean, launch-ready code 💻
✅ Research & implement new tech trends — stay ahead of the curve 🚀

✅ Ensure cross-browser compatibility & accessibility compliance ♿
✅ Lead by example — mentor and guide junior developers 🧠💡

🧠 What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who’s not just technically sharp, but also deeply passionate about user experience and interface excellence 👇

🔹 Must-Haves:

• 🎓 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 💪 5+ years of hands-on web development experience

• 🧩 Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery

• 🌐 Strong understanding of responsive design & progressive enhancement

• 🧪 Experience in cross-browser development

• ✅ Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)

• ⚡ Performance optimization skills

• 🎨 Familiarity with design tools like Sketch or Photoshop

🔸 Bonus Skills (Superpowers!):

• 💅 Experience with CSS preprocessors (like SASS)

• 🔍 Good knowledge of SEO-friendly UI practices

• 🧱 Familiarity with BEM, OOCSS, or SMACSS

• ✉️ Experience crafting HTML emails

• 🧩 ASP.NET Razor C# syntax familiarity
