๐ŸŒŸ What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

๐Ÿ” Dive into the heart of our SaaS platform and help customers thrive ๐Ÿš€

  • ๐Ÿ’ก Develop a deep understanding of our Talent Acquisition Cloud & hiring platform

  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Troubleshoot technical and functional issues with confidence

  • โฑ๏ธ Ensure fast, friendly, and helpful responses to client inquiries (yes, we love beating SLAs!)

  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Set up and manage user profiles, settings, and workflow rules

  • ๐Ÿง  Collaborate with dev teams to escalate and solve bugs or product requests

  • ๐ŸŽ“ Provide standard training and hand-holding support for end-users

  • ๐Ÿ“ Keep all tickets, solutions, and follow-ups well-documented in the support system

  • ๐Ÿค Be a key player in ensuring an excellent hiring event experience for clients


โœ… What Weโ€™re Looking For

We donโ€™t expect you to know everything โ€” just bring your passion and willingness to grow! ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸŒฑ

  • ๐ŸŽ“ Bachelor's Degree (preferred: Communication / CS / Business)

  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Fluent English (both written and spoken) โ€” youโ€™ll work with global clients

  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • ๐Ÿ’ป 0โ€“2 years of experience in technical or customer support

  • ๐Ÿ”ง Basic tech curiosity โ€” HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or API knowledge is a plus

  • ๐Ÿงฉ Organized, independent, and proactive

  • โณ Ability to prioritize and deliver under deadlines

  • ๐Ÿ“š Familiarity with tools like JIRA or Zendesk is a bonus

  • ๐Ÿ”„ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies? Even better!
