As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll become a trusted guide 🧭 for our clients using the Radancy Hiring Events Platform, helping them succeed by offering thoughtful solutions, expert support, and a whole lot of heart 💙.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

🔍 Dive into the heart of our SaaS platform and help customers thrive 🚀

  • 💡 Develop a deep understanding of our Talent Acquisition Cloud & hiring platform

  • 🛠️ Troubleshoot technical and functional issues with confidence

  • ⏱️ Ensure fast, friendly, and helpful responses to client inquiries (yes, we love beating SLAs!)

  • 👥 Set up and manage user profiles, settings, and workflow rules

  • 🧠 Collaborate with dev teams to escalate and solve bugs or product requests

  • 🎓 Provide standard training and hand-holding support for end-users

  • 📝 Keep all tickets, solutions, and follow-ups well-documented in the support system

  • 🤝 Be a key player in ensuring an excellent hiring event experience for clients


What We’re Looking For

We don’t expect you to know everything — just bring your passion and willingness to grow! 💪🌱

  • 🎓 Bachelor's Degree (preferred: Communication / CS / Business)

  • 🗣️ Fluent English (both written and spoken) — you’ll work with global clients

  • 💬 Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • 💻 0–2 years of experience in technical or customer support

  • 🔧 Basic tech curiosity — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or API knowledge is a plus

  • 🧩 Organized, independent, and proactive

  • ⏳ Ability to prioritize and deliver under deadlines

  • 📚 Familiarity with tools like JIRA or Zendesk is a bonus

  • 🔄 Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies? Even better!

  • 🏠 Hybrid Work – 3 days/week at our Bengaluru office

  • 🧪 Interview Process – Includes a short technical assessment to test your problem-solving and product understanding
