We're looking for a Video Producer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be the creative force behind training and enablement videos that support our global customer base and internal teams 🚀

🎯 What You'll Be Doing:

As a Video Producer, you'll be responsible for the entire video journey—from concept to delivery. Your content will drive learning, engagement, and product understanding across Radancy’s platforms 💡

🛠️ Your Day-to-Day Tasks:

• 🧠 Lead end-to-end video production (ideation, scripting, filming, editing, delivery)

• 🤝 Work with SMEs, trainers & customer support leaders

• 🎨 Create interactive and animated content using motion graphics

• 📹 Oversee lighting, sound, and editing for a professional touch

• 🌍 Optimize videos for LMS, YouTube, client portals, and more

• 📝 Add subtitles, transcripts, and localized elements for accessibility

• 📊 Analyze viewer engagement and improve future content

• 🔍 Stay updated on latest tools, formats & storytelling techniques

📌 Must-Have Skills & Experience:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or relevant field
✔️ 3+ years’ experience in video production (corporate, SaaS, or training content preferred)
✔️ Proficiency in 🎞️ Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Audition
✔️ Knowledge of motion graphics and screen recording tools like Camtasia
✔️ Experience in instructional design and educational content
✔️ Solid project management and multitasking abilities
✔️ Portfolio/demo reel showcasing your storytelling and editing skills

✅ Bonus Points If You Have:

• 📚 Understanding of e-learning principles

• 🔁 Familiarity with LMS systems

• 👨‍💻 Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and video compression formats
