Tech Mahindra is hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer who can automate, innovate, and revolutionize cloud infrastructure. If AWS and DevOps are your playgrounds and you dream in YAML, this role is for you! 🌩️⚙️

You'll lead the way in building automated Cloud Landing Zones, integrating best DevOps practices, and guiding teams across the cloud journey.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing – Responsibilities:

You’ll be the go-to person for designing, building, and scaling robust cloud solutions. Your key tasks will include:

• ☁️ Design and maintain scalable cloud systems (AWS & Azure)

• 🔁 Automate cloud infrastructure and landing zones

• 🤝 Collaborate across teams to integrate DevOps best practices

• 🧑‍🏫 Mentor and guide dev teams in automation & DevOps

• 📦 Build serverless apps using Kubernetes & event-driven patterns

• 🚀 Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitOps

• 🔐 Implement secure authentication & authorization (ABAC, RBAC, JWT, OIDC, etc.)

• 📊 Monitor performance, reliability, and scalability

• 🧪 Ensure functional & non-functional requirements are met

• 📚 Stay updated with the latest in cloud trends and tools

🧾 Must-Have Skills & Requirements:

We're looking for someone who checks off the following:

• ✅ Proven hands-on experience in AWS (Azure is a bonus!)

• ✅ Expertise in DevOps and automation practices

• 💻 Proficient in Python, Golang, or JavaScript

• 🐳 Hands-on with Kubernetes, serverless, and event-driven systems

• 🔄 Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitFlow & GitOps (Flux, ArgoCD)

• 🔐 Deep knowledge of cloud security best practices

• 💬 Strong communication & teamwork abilities

💡 Preferred Qualifications – Bonus Points If You Have:

• 🗂️ Experience with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB

• 👥 Leadership and team mentoring experience

• 🧠 Strong grasp of software architecture and testing

• 🔎 Experience in Monorepo/Multirepo code strategies

• 🧮 Familiarity with functional programming (map, reduce, monads, etc.)

• ⚙️ Mastery of SDLC, SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles

• 🌐 Expertise in networking, proxies, and distributed systems

• 🧰 Experience managing Kubernetes with custom CRDs and controllers

• 🌈 Polyglot programmer – expert in at least 2 languages

• 🧵 Built or maintained serverless cloud applications
