📝 Key Responsibilities

• 🛎️ Process Guest Check-ins/Check-outs – Confirm reservations, assign rooms, and activate keys like a pro.
• 💳 Handle Payments Efficiently – Process room charges, cash, checks, and credit/debit cards seamlessly.
• 📞 Respond to Guest Queries – Be the go-to person for anything guests need—prompt, polite, professional.
• 🧹 Coordinate with Housekeeping – Track room readiness and ensure smooth transitions for check-ins.
• 📋 Log and Report Activities – Document shift activities and keep all stakeholders in the loop.
• 🤝 Resolve Issues Promptly – Collaborate with departments to solve problems and enhance guest satisfaction.

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications
