📝 Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• 🛠️ Troubleshoot & Resolve IT Issues – Manage client software, hardware & networks with SLA-driven precision
• 🔍 Root Cause Analysis – Identify issues and implement proactive solutions to prevent recurrence
• 📶 Monitor Systems – Track and ensure seamless functioning of servers, storage, infrastructure, and platforms
• 📥 Access Control & Configuration – Install, configure, and manage user access and IT setups
• 📊 Timely Ticket Management – Respond, track, and close client service tickets with 100% SLA adherence
• 🤝 Collaborate with Onsite Teams – Ensure prompt escalation and resolution of complex issues
• 🤖 Bot Log Review & Action – Review chatbot logs and ensure all service requests are resolved


🎓 Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 🎓 EMM Intune Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management
• 🧠 Problem-solving Skills: Analyze IT problems and design effective solutions
• 💬 Strong Communication: Coordinate with clients and teams clearly and effectively
• ⏱️ Time Management: Prioritize tasks based on ticket criticality and SLA commitments

🧳 Experience: 3–5 Years in IT System Administration or L3 Support Roles
