Description

Roles and Responsibilities -

  1. Sales Support & Coordination
  • Assist sales managers in handling client accounts, inquiries, and orders.
    ·Prepare and follow up on quotations.
    · Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely order execution.

    2. Customer Relationship Management
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers for routine queries and updates.
    ·Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
    · Address customer issues and escalate to sales managers when necessary.

    3. Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare sales reports, order status updates, and market analysis for management review.
    ·Maintain customer database and ensure timely updation in CRM System.

    4. Business Development Support

    · Research new leads, potential markets, and competitor activity in the F&B industry.
    · Support the team during exhibitions or trade shows.

    5. Cross Functional Coordination

    · Work with supply chain/logistics to monitor stock availability and delivery timelines.
    · Collaborate with finance for billing, collections.

Required Skills -

· 4 to 6 Years of experience in a Sales support or coordination role.
· Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage industry trends and distribution channels.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
