Associate / Sr. Business Analyst – Capital Market

Location: Mumbai
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
Experience: 2 years to 8 years

We are seeking an experienced Associate / Sr. Business Analyst with strong exposure to Capital Markets, Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Custody domain. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, preferably with NCFM Certification / CFA.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements of projects/change requests by reviewing Business Requirement Documents and interacting with customers.
• Convert Business Requirement Documents into Functional Specification Documents and obtain client sign-off.
• Provide knowledge transfer to Development and QA teams during development and testing phases.
• Estimate efforts and delivery dates with Development & QA teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Create business scenarios for functional verification and perform validation post-development.
• Review test scenarios & test cases prepared by QA team.
• Review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases prepared by customers.
• Support customers, Development, and QA teams during UAT for queries and defect analysis.
• Transfer functional knowledge to the Live Support team at project completion.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities like RFP submissions, POCs, and demos for prospective clients.
• Be open to travel globally as per project/client needs and adjust working hours for sufficient overlap with customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong exposure to Capital Markets, Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Custody.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Preferably NCFM certified / CFA qualified.
