🚀 Role Overview

As a Channels & Partnership Specialist, you’ll act as the bridge between product strategy, sales enablement, and marketing execution.
You’ll develop and execute product positioning, differentiation strategies, and integrated marketing campaigns that accelerate Datamatics’ market presence across Microsoft products and related services.

You’ll collaborate closely with sales, business development, and demand generation teams to design, execute, and optimize GTM strategies and customer acquisition initiatives.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Strategy:
Own and execute GTM plans for Microsoft product lines — define product positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions.

Corporate & Differentiation Strategy:
Craft compelling materials for internal teams, customers, and prospects; create impactful narratives on competitive differentiation and develop strategic replacement programs.

Collaboration & Campaigns:
Work with cross-functional teams to design integrated marketing programs including webinars, email campaigns, events, and roundtables.

Content Development:
Create high-impact sales tools, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and demo scripts highlighting the value of Datamatics solutions.

Market Intelligence:
Research competitors, analyze buyer behavior, and conduct win/loss analyses to refine marketing strategies.

Customer & Analyst Relations:
Initiate and manage customer marketing programs and analyst outreach activities to strengthen brand credibility.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor GTM and marketing program performance; derive insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.


🎓 Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

💼 Experience:

  • 3–8 years of proven experience in driving market strategies for Microsoft products

  • Prior experience executing GTM and demand generation strategies

💡 Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, and Business Applications

  • Experience developing marketing content and customer-facing materials

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, and automation systems
