As a Consumer Lending Business Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of driving business transformation. You’ll work closely with top clients, lead teams, design smart solutions, and contribute to cutting-edge strategies through whitepapers and Points of View (PoVs). 📄💡

• Position: Consumer Lending Business Consultant
• Location: Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad 🇮🇳
• Work Mode: Hybrid 🏢🏡
• Experience: 9+ years
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Education: MBA preferred 🎓
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 60 days preferred ⏳

📋 Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:

✅ Lead and mentor a team of skilled Business Analysts.
✅ Conduct requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders.
✅ Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
✅ Map As-Is and To-Be processes to drive improvements.
✅ Translate business needs into EPICs, user stories, and Agile functional specifications.
✅ Drive responses for RFPs and author impactful Points of View (PoVs) and whitepapers.
✅ Present strategic solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
✅ Manage stakeholder communication and ensure project milestones are met on time.
✅ Foster collaboration within cross-functional teams.
✅ Champion a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

🎯 Requirements

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Deep expertise in consumer lending and retail/commercial lending domains. 🏦
• Strong understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle – originations, servicing, collections, receivables, delinquency, foreclosure, loan securitization, and secondary trading. 🔄
• Hands-on experience working with financial software or COTS products.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and SDLC processes. 📈
• Exceptional documentation and stakeholder management skills. 🤝
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams towards success. 🚀
• Strategic thinking with a knack for innovative solutions.
