🎯 Role Overview

As an Executive CMS Proctor, you’ll be responsible for supervising live international exams in real-time.
You’ll interact with candidates only through chat, manage multiple systems simultaneously, ensure compliance with sponsor guidelines, and report accurately in English.

This role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and strong multitasking ability.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

✅ Supervise and remote proctor live international exams
✅ Communicate with candidates via chat messaging only
✅ Perform basic troubleshooting during online exams
✅ Follow exam sponsor guidelines for multiple test types
✅ Provide clear, accurate information to exam candidates
✅ Maintain documentation in clear, proper English
✅ Identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolutions
✅ Follow SOPs and company processes for each session
✅ Manage and toggle between multiple screens/windows efficiently

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

🎓 Education:

• Any Graduate: BA / B.Com / B.Sc. only

• (B.E / B.Tech graduates are not eligible)

🗣️ Language:

• Schooling in English Medium is mandatory

• Excellent written English communication skills

💼 Experience:

• 1+ year of relevant experience in proctoring, customer service, or online operations
