Job Profile – Telemarketing Executive (TME)

• Location: Chandigarh

• Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate / UG with 1-year experience

• Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply

• Age Limit: 18 – 34 years

Salary & Benefits

• Fresher:

  • 1–3 months: ₹18,631 CTC (~₹14,500 in-hand)

  • From 4th month: ₹23,290 CTC (~₹18,800 in-hand)

  • Retention bonus: ~₹13,000 in 5th month

• Experienced (with verified docs): ₹23,290 CTC (~₹18,800 in-hand)

• Cold calling & lead generation

• Onboarding new clients

• Promoting and selling products/services

Skills Required

• Go-getter attitude

• Good convincing & communication skills (English + regional language)

• Outbound calling/sales experience (added advantage)

• Basic computer knowledge
