Job Details

• Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon || Noida

• Work Mode: 6 days working (rotational shifts)

• CTC: Competitive (based on skills & experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of customer service executives

• Ensure achievement of team targets and service quality standards

• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members

• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues

• Coordinate with management to implement process improvements

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in leading a team (customer service preferred)

• Strong English (spoken & typing) and Hindi communication skills

• Prior experience in Travel Process will be an added advantage

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills
