🚀 Role Summary

Datamatics is hiring a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Q who can lead complex survey setups, advanced data processing, modeling, and custom scripting using Q, R, SPSS, JScript and more.

You will drive best practices, strengthen data quality, guide teams, and build high-impact dashboards & reports for global clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities 

🧠 Core Technical Responsibilities

• ⚙️ Independently set up complex surveys in Q and SPSS

• 🧩 Build advanced custom setups using Q (stacking, weighting, custom logic)

• 🧪 Develop Q syntax, custom R code & JScript solutions

• 🔍 Debug & optimize scripts written by other analysts

• 📊 Analyze data in Excel, SQL, SPSS to identify & fix data issues

• 📈 Create and maintain dashboards, trackers & automated reports

🔍 Quality & Process Leadership

• ✔️ Identify gaps in client survey material

• ✔️ Review team programs to catch missed logics/scenarios

• ✔️ Set best practices & standardized Q processes for internal teams

• ✔️ Maintain documentation & ensure alignment with client’s standards

🎓 Team Guidance & Client Collaboration

• 👨‍🏫 Train & mentor analysts on Q best practices

• 🗣️ Guide clients on better data processing and efficient workflows

• 🤝 Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs

🎓 Required Qualifications

🎓 Education (Any One)

• BSc / MSc

• BCA / MCA

• BE / BTech

• MTech

🧩 Core Competencies (Must-Have)

• 💼 Proven experience as SME in Market Research or Data Processing

• ⭐ Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Q development & survey processing

• 💡 Expertise in:

  • Q Scripting

  • Q Syntax

  • Weighting, Stacking, Structuring

  • Data QC & Data validation

• 🧪 Strong experience with:

  • SPSS

  • R

  • JScript

• 🕒 Ability to work in 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM shift (US shift)
