As a Subject Matter Expert, BFS, you will provide strategic guidance, regulatory insight, and process optimization expertise across BFS operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Domain Leadership:
Provide expert consultation on BFS operations, retail banking, and compliance across Datamatics’ BFS initiatives.

✅ Strategic Consulting:
Work closely with executive teams to craft and execute business plans for BFS digital services.

✅ Risk & Regulatory Management:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and ensure adherence to RBI, SEBI, and global regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, FATF, Basel III, GDPR, PCI DSS).

✅ Process Optimization:
Analyze, design, and improve banking processes through workshops, data analysis, and automation initiatives.

✅ Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with cross-functional IT and product teams, regulatory bodies, and senior stakeholders.

✅ Innovation & Technology Enablement:
Provide advisory on integrating IT services, automation, and data-driven tools within BFS functions.

✅ Team Leadership:
Mentor junior consultants and business analysts to build high-performing, compliant, and efficient delivery teams.

✅ Market Intelligence:
Stay ahead of emerging BFS trends, policy changes, and technological disruptions impacting the industry.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Law, or PGDBF

• Advanced degrees such as MBA (Finance), MFC, MFM, CFA preferred

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 15+ years in Banking & Financial Services

• Strong background in Retail Banking, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Strategic Advisory

• Exposure to digital transformation in BFS highly desirable
