As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Marriott’s guest engagement strategy 💼. This position goes beyond just converting leads – it’s about creating memorable guest experiences, boosting revenue 💰, and building long-term relationships. You’ll work closely with other departments (Sales, Data Admin, Reservations, and Accounting) to offer personalized and top-tier service to clients and guests 🧑‍🤝‍🧑.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Guest & Reservation Handling

• Process guest inquiries, reservation requests 📞, and changes via phone, email, fax, or mail
• Handle Marriott Rewards program queries and point redemptions 🎁
• Offer complimentary rewards like vouchers, gift cards, or experiences to loyal guests 🎫

✅ Sales & Revenue Generation

• Use upselling techniques to maximize revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction 💹
• Promote Marriott brand image both internally and externally ✨
• Maintain a client database and handle guest follow-ups

✅ Team Collaboration & Admin Duties

• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill guest expectations efficiently 🧾
• Support with general administrative tasks like filing, emailing, and typing 🖥️
• Assist with training new staff and motivate colleagues through leading by example 🙌

✅ Professionalism & Guest Engagement

• Maintain a polished appearance and positive demeanor 😊

🧠 Preferred Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education:

• Minimum: 12th Pass or GED
• Preferred: Graduation in any field (Marketing/Business a plus)

💼 Experience:

• 2+ years of work experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service roles
• Knowledge of the hotel industry and CRM systems is a bonus

🗣️ Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication required
• Ability to handle calls and emails in a professional tone

📊 Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with reservation and sales software tools 🖱️
• Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

💪 Physical Requirements

• Able to move or lift items up to 10 pounds 🏋️
