📚 Eligibility & Qualifications

🎓 Education:

  • Option 1: 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field + 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Option 2: 4-year bachelor's degree in similar fields + 1 year of experience.

💼 Experience:

  • Experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality sector or related fields.
  • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔗 Build Successful Sales Relationships

  • Collaborate with off-property sales teams to ensure unified and non-duplicative efforts.
  • Nurture client relationships via sales calls, FAM trips, trade shows, and other engagement strategies.
  • Establish connections in the community to grow the client base.
  • Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Effectively hand over clients to the Event Management team for seamless execution.

🛠 Sales Activities Management

  • Participate in sales calls to acquire or close new business opportunities.
  • Support operations by preparing proposals, contracts, and customer communication.
  • Track and follow up on sales inquiries to secure bookings.

🧠 Use Market Knowledge for Revenue Growth

  • Identify new clients and upsell opportunities.
  • Stay updated on competitors, demand trends, and market insights.
  • Sell against competitors using a deep understanding of your own location’s advantages.
  • Know your customer’s needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
