Job Description:

SamvadSocial Technologies is urgently hiring Customer Support Specialists for an International Voice Process on a 3-month contractual basis. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in international BPO voice processes and excellent communication skills. Experience in Sales and Retention will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Support sales and customer retention activities when required
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
• Meet individual and team performance targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in International BPO – Voice Process
• Experience in Sales and Retention is a plus, not mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
