We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Coordinator skilled in facility operations, vendor management, safety compliance, and technical troubleshooting. The role involves ensuring smooth daily functioning of office premises, supervising maintenance teams, and managing all facility systems with precision and accountability.

🧠 Role Overview

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee the complete facility management lifecycle, from electrical and plumbing systems to vendor coordination, asset tracking, safety checks, and office upkeep. This role requires strong decision-making skills, hands-on troubleshooting ability, and exceptional organizational discipline to maintain a safe, functional, and efficient workplace.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • 🧹 Ensure complete cleanliness, order, and smooth functioning of office facilities

  • ⚡ Manage electricity, water supply, HVAC, plumbing, and general equipment operations

  • 🛠️ Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with external vendors for repairs

  • 🌱 Oversee campus maintenance including garden, parking, and building areas

  • 📦 Track and update company assets using AMA software

  • 🏗️ Coordinate office renovation, upgrades, and improvement activities

  • 🏛️ Liaise with government authorities for electricity, water, and compliance matters

  • 👨‍👩‍👦 Lead and support facility staff: office assistants, cleaners, gardener, etc.

  • 🔐 Ensure security and safety via CCTV monitoring, fire safety checks, and compliance

  • 📑 Manage vendor contracts, procurement, RFPs/RFQs, and service deliverables

  • 🧾 Maintain records of maintenance schedules, expenses, and monthly reports

  • 🤝 Collaborate with HR, Admin & Finance teams for seamless office operations

  • 🏠 Provide assistance with housing, utilities, and arrangements for guests as required


🔑 Required Skills

  • ✔ Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility systems

  • ✔ Proven experience managing vendors and contractors (plumbing, electrical, security, etc.)

  • ✔ Proficiency in asset tracking tools like AMA

  • ✔ Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

  • ✔ Experience in property management, renovations, and facility upkeep

  • ✔ Knowledge of safety standards, fire systems, and CCTV operations
