🔹 Role Summary

This role demands 10–12 years of total experience, including 5–6 years of hands-on AS400 Development and 5–6 years of Cleo CIC expertise.
You will be responsible for:

• Developing and enhancing IBM AS400 systems

• Writing and troubleshooting RPG & CL programs

• Working with Cleo CIC development and integrations

• Delivering high-quality solutions within timelines

• Managing EDI mapping templates (preferred)

• Executing tasks independently with strong ownership

This is a high-visibility position ideal for a candidate who is passionate about system stability, integration excellence, and on-time delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality AS400 solutions using RPG & CL.

• Build, modify, and optimize AS400 applications.

• Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure timely resolutions.

• Develop and maintain Cleo CIC integrations.

• Work on Transportation EDI mapping templates (preferred).

• Drive root-cause analysis and implement stable fixes.

• Collaborate across technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Work independently with strong ownership and accountability.

• Preferably work in India night shift; second shift negotiable.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

• 10–12 years of total experience

• 5–6 years in IBM AS400 development

• Strong RPG & CL programming (must be able to write + troubleshoot programs)

• 5–6 years Cleo CIC development experience

• Strong logical reasoning & troubleshooting ability

• Preferred: Transportation EDI template mapping experience
