Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement MSSQL databases as per organizational needs.

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and jobs.

• Conduct performance tuning and resolve bottlenecks for efficient database operations.

• Implement security measures including access control, encryption, and auditing.

• Plan and execute database upgrades, migrations, and patch installations.

• Troubleshoot database issues and collaborate with teams for resolution.

• Maintain documentation of database schema, procedures, and configurations.

• Support software development teams with database requirements and integrations.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

• 3–5 years of proven MSSQL development experience.

• Strong knowledge of DB design, SQL queries, joins, indexes, and query plans.

• Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.

• Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices.

• Familiarity with data modeling tools and version control (Git is a plus).

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
