๐Ÿงฉ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

๐Ÿ”ง Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide end-user support (onsite + remote) for hardware, software, network, printers, VPN, and system-related issues

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems with speed and accuracy

  • Handle login failures, performance lags, access issues, and escalations

  • Manage device onboarding: laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals


๐Ÿ“ž Telephony & Communication Systems

Work with global communication platforms such as:

  • Avaya

  • Genesys

  • SIP/WebRTC

  • Twilio

  • Zoom

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Cisco

Your responsibility: Ensure these systems stay stable, clear, and reliable.


๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ System Administration

  • Manage & administer Windows/Linux servers

  • Maintain Office 365, M365 Admin, Azure Active Directory, Intune Policies

  • Configure & monitor DNS, DHCP, routing, switching

  • Maintain system uptime, performance & reliability

  • Perform regular backups and verify restore integrity

  • Implement security best practices across all endpoints


๐ŸŒ Cloud & Virtualization

Experience with the following is highly valued:

  • VMware

  • Hyper-V

  • Azure Cloud

  • AWS (plus point)


๐Ÿ“š Documentation & IT Governance

  • Maintain internal IT documentation, SOPs, and user guides

  • Follow ITIL frameworks for ticketing, SLAs & escalations

  • Perform asset inventory audits and lifecycle tracking

  • Keep records updated, clean, and audit-ready


๐ŸŽฏ What Weโ€™re Looking For

โœ… Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field

  • 5+ years experience in IT Support or System Administration

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

    • Windows/Linux OS

    • Office 365

    • Azure AD

    • Intune

    • DNS, DHCP

    • Networking basics

  • Excellent troubleshooting & incident management

  • Ability to work with global teams in a 24x7 environment

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity hygiene


๐Ÿ… Preferred Certifications (Optional but Valuable)

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / MCSA / MS-900

  • ITIL Foundation
