• Position: Lead Engineer – SAP S/4 HANA EWM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Execute bids and presales including scope, solution demos, effort estimation, and USP.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and business process blueprinting.

• Lead and support global template rollout initiatives.

• Deliver training sessions, knowledge sharing, and demo content creation.

• Build accelerators for SAP rollouts and implementations.

• Participate in POCs, innovation, and concept projects.

• Provide troubleshooting and spot consulting for technical or process issues.

• Execute end-to-end project activities: configuration, functional specs, data migration, testing, training, cutover, authorizations, and OCM support.

• Contribute to competency building and sales collaterals.

Skills & Requirements

• 5–9 years of relevant SAP experience.

• Minimum 1 project in SAP Embedded EWM or Decentral EWM implementation.

• At least 1 S/4 HANA implementation experience.

• 2+ ECC implementations (with at least 1 global template rollout).

• Strong knowledge in Logistics Execution and EWM.

• Excellent problem-solving, consulting, and communication skills.

• Academic qualification: BE / MBA.
