🔹 Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Quality Engineer, here’s what you’ll do every day:

🛠️ Test Automation & Development

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and TestNG
• Write and maintain high-quality test automation code in Java

🔁 CI/CD & Integration

• Integrate automation tests into Azure DevOps pipelines
• Ensure seamless test executions and reporting

🤝 Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work closely with developers, BAs, and PMs to ensure test coverage
• Mentor junior QA engineers and drive best practices in automation

📈 Quality Assurance & Reporting

• Identify bugs early and ensure smooth releases
• Document test cases, plans, and results
• Analyze trends and suggest improvements

🧭 Strategic Contribution

• Align testing with business goals
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

💼 To be successful in this role, you should have:

✅ 6 to 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering
✅ Strong hands-on experience with:

• Java
• Cucumber
• Selenium
• TestNG
  ✅ Experience integrating automation into Azure DevOps
  ✅ Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  ✅ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  ✅ Ability to collaborate and communicate across teams

• Experience in Investment Banking Operations or Brokerage Systems
• Previous mentoring experience
