🚀 Role Summary

As an OutSystem Architect, you will:

• Architect scalable, secure, cost-optimized enterprise OutSystems solutions

• Lead development standards, mentor technical teams, and enforce best practices

• Own end-to-end solution design across web, mobile, APIs, data models, and DevOps

• Deliver high-quality, high-performance applications for complex business needs

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🏗️ Architecture & Solution Design

• Define, own, and drive the OutSystems architecture vision across projects

• Design high-level & low-level architecture for web and mobile applications

• Architect scalable, robust, multi-tenant OutSystems applications

• Build BPT flows, reusable components, and extensible modules

💻 Technical Expertise

• Write high-quality, efficient OutSystems code using APIs & scripting languages

• Build & configure OutSystems applications to meet business requirements

• Develop OutSystems-based solutions integrated with databases & REST/SOAP APIs

• Hands-on experience with Service Studio, Service Center, LifeTime

🧩 Engineering Leadership

• Review code and ensure performance, scalability & maintainability

• Manage non-functional requirements (NFRs) & technical debt

• Mentor developers, tech leads, and junior architects

• Collaborate deeply with cross-functional engineering teams

🚀 Agile Execution

• Work in Agile environments—planning, refinement, demos, retros

• Act as a technical unblocker during sprints

• Contribute to continual improvement of engineering processes

📊 Project Execution

• Deliver end-to-end OutSystems projects (minimum 2 must be completed)

• Work with product owners, designers, customers & business SMEs

• Ensure projects meet business needs, technical excellence & quality benchmarks

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent

• 12+ years total experience, including 6+ years in OutSystems

• Must have executed at least 2 full OutSystems project implementations
