Mern Stack Developer

🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js) to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend development with React, and backend development with Node.js & Express.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Node.js/Express (backend)
• Build reusable UI components, hooks, and frontend architecture
• Design, build, and maintain REST APIs and microservices
• Integrate with databases like MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
• Work closely with product, UI/UX designers, and QA teams
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and participate in code reviews
• Implement authentication, authorization, and middleware logic

🧩 Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux Toolkit optional)
• Solid backend expertise with Node.js, Express.js
• Strong in JavaScript & TypeScript
• Experience in database technologies: MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• REST API development & integration
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive layouts
• Experience with Git, version control workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development
• Experience with performance optimization & debugging tools

• Experience with Next.js
• Knowledge of GraphQL (Apollo/Hasura)
• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Docker & Kubernetes
• AWS/GCP/Azure cloud experience
• Unit testing (Jest, Mocha, React Testing Library)
