As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions. From developing custom applications using Apex and LWC to implementing DevOps strategies and CI/CD pipelines, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation in the Salesforce ecosystem.

📋 Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, your core responsibilities will include:

🔧 Design, Develop, and Implement Salesforce Solutions

• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Build and maintain scalable and secure Salesforce integrations using REST APIs and third-party systems.

⚙️ Implement Automation and Workflows

• Implement automation processes using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex Triggers.
• Design business process automations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Ensure best practices in data management, validation, and security within Salesforce.

📊 Analytics, Reporting & User Data Tracking

• Implement analytics, dashboards, and tracking solutions to gather and analyze user behavior data.
• Collaborate with business teams to deliver actionable insights through Salesforce reporting and data visualization tools.

🔍 Configuring and Customizing Salesforce Environments

• Customize Salesforce environments including workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Configure Salesforce security models, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to maintain strict data security and access control.

🚀 Implement Salesforce DevOps Strategies

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Handle version control systems using Git or equivalent tools to maintain codebase integrity.
• Manage deployments, sandbox refreshes, and metadata migrations efficiently.

🧑‍💻 Code Reviews and Team Collaboration

• Participate actively in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

🛠️ Required Skills and Experience

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

✅ Total IT Experience: 6.00 to 10.00 Years

✅ Salesforce Development & Tech Lead Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Apex Triggers
• Salesforce Security Models (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
• SOQL, SOSL, and REST API Integrations
• CI/CD Tools: Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git
• Version Control using Git or equivalent

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps frameworks and metadata API deployments
