📝 Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• 📝 Design & model HVAC and plastic components for the automotive sector using CATIA V5.
• 💡 Lead innovative concept design and detailed engineering for new vehicle HVAC programs.
• 👥 Support and mentor CAD engineers to meet quality and timeline goals.
• 📊 Review tooling requirements and ensure manufacturing feasibility aligned with project specs.

🎓 Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 🎓 Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 📈 Experience: 3 to 10 years of CAD modeling & plastic component design.
• 🛠️ Tool Proficiency: CATIA V5 (Part design, Assembly design, Generative shape design, Drafting).
• 🔧 Added Advantage: Experience in HVAC system design and CATIA Kinematics & Simulation.
• 🧠 Knowledge of GD&T, DFM, DFA, and exposure to PLM tools like TcUA is essential.
