🔑 Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you’ll be at the heart of operational excellence, responsible for end-to-end management of key financial processes. Here’s what you’ll do:

• 🧾 Lead and manage Finance – Record to Report (GL) processes with precision.
• 💰 Oversee Order to Cash workflows to ensure accuracy and cash flow efficiency.
• 🛒 Supervise Procure to Pay activities for timely procurement and payments.
• 📊 Implement and monitor KPIs to boost operational performance.
• ✅ Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.
• 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• 📈 Identify and execute process improvement opportunities.
• 👥 Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
• 📑 Prepare accurate financial reports and statements on time.
• 🙌 Foster strong stakeholder relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• ✔️ Deep understanding of financial compliance and risk controls.
• ✔️ Experience in hybrid work environments with day shift operations.

📜 Certifications Required

🎓 One of the following is required:

• CPA – Certified Public Accountant
• CA – Chartered Accountant
