Project Coordinator – IT Project Management Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in IT project planning, client coordination, Agile methodologies, and team management. The role involves collaborating with global clients, preparing action plans, and ensuring smooth execution of web and mobile development projects.

As an IT Project Coordinator, you will serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal development teams. You will coordinate tasks, manage timelines, prepare structured documentation, and ensure projects move forward efficiently and on schedule. This role requires excellent planning, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to handling client needs.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Communicate with clients to understand requirements and propose effective solutions

• 📝 Manage and document project requirements, workflows, and deliverables

• 📅 Plan, track, and coordinate day-to-day project activities

🧩 Required Skills

• ✔ Strong understanding of Agile Scrum, time, cost, and risk management

• ✔ Good knowledge of Kanban and Waterfall methodologies

• ✔ Conceptual understanding of web/mobile technologies

• ✔ Experience using PM tools: Basecamp, Jira, Trello, etc.

• ✔ Strong documentation and process-management abilities

• ✔ Excellent teamwork and client-handling skills
