QA Tester (Remote)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our remote team. As a QA Tester, you will ensure the quality and functionality of our applications through manual testing, identifying bugs, and working closely with the development team to deliver a smooth end-user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.

• Document and track bugs using issue tracking tools.

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure timely resolution.

• Write and maintain simple test cases/checklists.

• Verify fixes and perform regression testing.

• Ensure product quality meets company standards before release.

Requirements:

• Experience in software/manual testing (fresh graduates with strong interest are also encouraged).

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good English communication (written).

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary:

• ₹23,400/month (Probation – 3 months)

• ₹28,800/month (After confirmation)
