Sales Executive – Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships. Your primary responsibility is to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve sales targets. In addition, you will work extensively on our CRM platform, ensuring accurate data management, lead follow-ups, and performance tracking.

Your role is client-facing, target-driven, and process-oriented, contributing directly to the company’s business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Identify and contact potential buyers through calls, site visits, and digital platforms.
  • Convert inquiries into sales by presenting project details, highlighting value propositions, and addressing client needs.
  • Actively follow up with prospects until closure.
  1. CRM Management
  • Update all leads, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that data entered is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Track follow-up schedules and reminders through CRM to avoid missed opportunities.
  • Generate reports on leads, conversion status, and pipeline movement as required.
  1. Client Relationship Handling
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Assist clients with documentation, agreement formalities, and post-sales queries.
  • Provide a seamless customer experience to increase referrals and repeat business.
  1. Sales Achievement
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Work under the guidance of the Sales Manager to execute strategies for higher conversions.
  • Actively participate in site visits, promotional campaigns, and sales events.
  1. Market & Competitor Awareness
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor projects.
  • Share feedback from clients and market observations with the sales team and management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience in REAL ESTATE FIELD. 
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing ability.
  • Proficiency in working with CRM tools (lead entry, tracking, reporting).
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and digital platforms.
