We're Hiring – Sales Executive (Construction)

📍 Locations: Chennai & Coimbatore
💼 Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Meet contractors, builders, architects, and project owners to promote company products/services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
1+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Basic knowledge of construction products/services is preferred.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
