Bid Manager – Drive High-Impact Proposals & Win Strategic Deals!

Are you an experienced Bid Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves driving winning proposals? This role gives you the opportunity to lead end-to-end bid cycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality, compelling proposals that create real business impact.

Role Summary

With 8–10 years of bid management experience, you will coordinate the entire bid lifecycle — from identifying opportunities to delivering polished proposals. You will work closely with Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive submission of RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the complete bid process — opportunity identification → kickoff → proposal → submission → post-bid review.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Finance teams to compile accurate bid inputs.

  • Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and develop competitive bid strategies.

  • Conduct bid kickoff meetings, define timelines, assign roles, and drive accountability.

  • Write, edit, and refine proposal content to ensure clarity, compliance, and compelling messaging.

  • Develop complete bid packages: executive summaries, solution mapping, pricing models, and presentations.

  • Maintain a centralized repository of templates, documents, and historical bid data.

  • Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals with zero compliance gaps.

  • Track bid performance: win-loss analysis, cost analysis, and improvement metrics.

  • Implement best practices to optimize the end-to-end bid lifecycle.


🔹 Required Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in bid management or proposal development

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • MBA or relevant certifications preferred

  • Strong project management skills

  • Excellent written + verbal communication abilities

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex RFP/RFI/RFQ documents

  • Attention to detail, quality-driven mindset

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong interpersonal relationships

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and deadline-focused
