Description

Aptara is looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate revenue growth and expand our global client base. You will proactively identify new opportunities, nurture relationships, and promote Aptara’s cutting-edge digital content, publishing, and eLearning solutions to enterprise customers.

This role demands initiative, analytical thinking, and the ability to clearly communicate Aptara’s value proposition to decision-makers across industries.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound calling

  • Identify potential clients, decision-makers, and business opportunities

  • Present Aptara’s digital content and publishing solutions effectively

  • Create sales proposals, pitch decks, and customized value offerings

  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales pipeline data

  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for solution alignment

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients

  • Conduct market research to discover new growth opportunities

  • Represent Aptara in online meetings, webinars, and client discussions


Work Location

Chennai (Onsite / Hybrid as per company policy)

Experience Required

1–5 years in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Engagement (preferably B2B / Enterprise services).


Qualifications

  • Any Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills

  • Experience in IT Services, Digital Solutions, eLearning, Publishing, or Content Services (added advantage)


Mandatory Skills

  • Lead Generation (Email, LinkedIn, Cold Calling)

  • B2B Sales & Opportunity Qualification
