🚀 Role Summary

This is a high-performance Inside Sales & Lead Generation role, working closely with Sales & Marketing teams to identify prospects, qualify leads, generate meetings, and support Datamatics’ global B2B revenue engine.

You will research industries, analyze competitors, contact prospects, build relationships, and convert insights into high-value sales opportunities.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔍 Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • 🔥 Generate qualified B2B leads using in-depth industry, geography, and competitor research

  • 🌐 Prospect through web, social media, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Seamless.AI

  • 📊 Analyze industry trends to identify high-potential target accounts

📞 Meetings & Sales Coordination

  • 📅 Schedule qualified sales meetings with prospects

  • 📌 Provide the sales team with strategic intelligence gathered during research

  • 🧩 Assist in creating powerful sales collateral to convince prospects

📣 Campaign Support

  • 💌 Support email, phone, webinar, and product marketing campaigns

  • 🧠 Collaborate with marketing for product, industry, and geography-based campaigns

📈 Market & Competitor Analysis

  • 🧭 Keep track of market developments & competitor moves

  • 🎯 Use insights to improve targeting and lead generation quality

🤝 Client Engagement & Communication

  • 📬 Engage prospects consistently and professionally

  • 🗣️ Use strong verbal + written communication skills to build trust

  • 💼 Understand buyer psychology to spot opportunities & pain points

📚 Database & CRM

  • 🗂️ Maintain accurate lead databases in HubSpot + other tools

  • 📈 Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion status with precision


📚 Qualifications

  • 🎓 Any Graduate (mandatory)

  • 💼 2+ years experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation (B2B preferred)

  • 🌐 Social media savvy & fluent in English
