Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field/Outbound) -
Location: Pan India
Job Type: Full-Time - REMOTE

Job Overview:

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role will involve actively seeking new business opportunities through field visits, face-to-face meetings, and engaging potential clients in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, outgoing, and has excellent interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting field visits to potential clients. Use various methods such as cold calling, networking, and in-person interactions to build a strong pipeline of prospects.

Client Meetings & Presentations:
Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, pitch products or services, and provide tailored solutions. Present the value proposition of the company’s offerings clearly and convincingly.

Sales Strategy Execution:
Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Work closely with the sales team to align field sales efforts with broader company objectives.

Relationship Building:
Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects. Ensure follow-up on existing leads, maintain communication with clients, and cultivate a network of potential business opportunities.

Negotiation & Closing Deals :
Engage clients in the negotiation process, address their concerns, and close sales agreements. Demonstrate the ability to handle objections and tailor solutions to clients’ needs.

Market Research:
Research and gather insights about the market, industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform your sales approach. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments.

Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client meetings, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and sales reports to management.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth transitions from prospecting to onboarding and customer success.

D. Ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts.
