Experience Required: 1–3 years in sales or customer handling (preferably in real

estate)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing real

estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting

prospects into clients, and closing property sales. You will play a key role in showcasing

our properties, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a smooth and

professional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, tele-calling, and digital

platforms.

 Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements.

 Conduct property presentations, site visits, and walkthroughs.

 Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and ensure high lead conversion.

 Maintain accurate client records and update CRM tools regularly.

 Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to align lead generation and

customer handling e􀆯orts.

 Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

 Stay informed about local real estate markets, pricing, competitors, and legal

regulations.

Key Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship roles; real estate

experience is a plus.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.

 Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

 Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Real estate sales certification or relevant training.

 Knowledge of RERA and property documentation processes.

Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives based on performance

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales
