The Sales Manager will be responsible for end-to-end sales strategy, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
You’ll work directly with leadership teams to create, justify, and execute strategic sales plans while leading a dynamic team toward measurable business goals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Understand and articulate Datamatics’ IT & Digital offerings and unique value proposition.
✅ Build and nurture a territory-based client pipeline using an existing industry network.
✅ Drive new business acquisition (hunting new logos / MHA clients).
✅ Develop, execute, and justify sales strategies and growth plans to leadership.
✅ Lead the sales cycle from prospect engagement to closure — including presentation, negotiation, and follow-ups.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for proposal submissions, RFP reviews, and bid management.
✅ Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets consistently.
✅ Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
✅ Handle and mentor a team of sales professionals; manage performance and motivation.
✅ Contribute to the long-term business development roadmap of Datamatics.


🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field

💼 Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of total experience in Sales

  • Minimum 5 years selling IT or Digital Services within Indian markets

  • Prior team management experience is required

  • Experience working with offshore delivery teams preferred
