Location: A-801 & 803, 8th floor, Tower-3, NX-One, Techzone 4, Greater Noida west - 201306

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2–7 Years (Real Estate Sales Mandatory)

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in direct sales, real estate sales, client handling, and closing deals. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, meeting monthly targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

 

*Key Responsibilities*

Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals, digital platforms, and real estate networks.

Conduct property site visits and provide property consultations to potential buyers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options.

Manage and track sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and ensure timely closing.

Follow up with customers for documentation, booking, and post-sales processes.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop market insights, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy.

Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

 

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

Minimum 2–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory).

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle high-value transactions and premium clients.

Good understanding of real estate market trends and project knowledge.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.

Own vehicle preferred

 

*Education*

Any Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred, but not mandatory).

*Salary & Benefits*

Salary: 20000 - 50000 +Incentives

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (uncapped earning potential).

Work Schedule

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 10:30am - 7:00pm
