🧩 Advanced Survey Setup

• ⚙️ Work independently on complex survey setups in Decipher

• 🔢 Handle complex quota setups, logic flows & live fieldwork updates

• 🧠 Build dynamic custom elements with Python, JQuery, JScript

👨‍💻 Technical Leadership

• 🧪 Debug team code, troubleshoot errors & ensure flawless execution

• 🔍 Review client materials & proactively identify potential data issues

• ⚡ Optimize scripts for speed, performance & accuracy

📊 Data Analysis & Quality Control

• 🔎 Analyze datasets (Excel, SPSS, SQL) to trace data issues

• 📉 Ensure error-free outputs, clean data pipelines & verified metrics

• 🧼 Maintain, optimize & standardize data processing workflow

👥 Team Enablement & Client Guidance

• 👨‍🏫 Train team members on best practices, coding standards, and Decipher mastery

• 💬 Guide clients on better survey structures & smarter questionnaire designs

🎓 Qualifications

• ✔️ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree – BSc, MSc, BCA, MCA, BE, BTech, MTech

• ✔️ 8+ years experience working on Decipher

• ✔️ Strong background in Market Research data processing
