Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for promoting our services, booking appointments, and maintaining strong client relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inquiries.
• Explain services offered by Studio by Koshi clearly and persuasively.
• Schedule and confirm appointments or consultations.
• Maintain client database and update call records regularly.
• Follow up with leads to ensure continued interest.
• Collaborate with the studio team to improve client communication strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu & Hindi. (Minimum 2 )
• Pleasant phone etiquette and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
