Student Counsellor – Jaipur | Full-time | 6 days/week | Up to ₹40,000/month | Min 1 year counselling experience | Fluent English and Hindi.

Role: Counsel students and parents on the best coaching fit based on class/level, location, budget and target exam using AcademyCheck; shortlist options; manage enquiries and follow-ups.

Responsibilities: Guide students by phone, chat and in person; research and compare institutes; explain fees, locations and reviews clearly; coordinate callbacks and visits; log enquiries and outcomes; meet counselling targets.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year in student counselling, education counselling or academic advisory; fluent spoken English and Hindi; empathy, listening and basic computer/CRM skills; willingness to work 6 days/week in Jaipur.
