🌟 What You'll Be Doing:

As a Web Developer at Radancy, you'll play a vital role in bringing our digital visions to life. Here's what your day might look like:

• ✨ Design & Develop user-friendly, responsive websites with sleek, modern UIs.

• 🔁 Translate prototypes into clean, accessible, launch-ready code.

• 🧪 Experiment with new technologies, trends, and innovative tools.

• 🧠 Brainstorm with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver polished products.

• 🛠️ Collaborate on multiple projects and contribute to smart tech decisions.

• 🧩 Optimize performance and ensure accessibility across devices and browsers.

📚 What We’re Looking For:

We value expertise, curiosity, and a passion for excellence. Ideally, you have:

✅ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
✅ 2+ years of experience in responsive website development
✅ Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery
✅ Strong understanding of:

• ✅ Web standards & responsive design principles

• ✅ Cross-browser compatibility techniques

• ✅ Web performance optimization
  ✅ Proficiency in web accessibility (WCAG knowledge is a bonus!)
  ✅ Experience with Sketch, Photoshop, or similar design tools
  ✅ Attention to detail, great communication, and creative problem-solving 🧩

🌈 Bonus Points If You Have:

🎯 Experience with:

• CSS preprocessors like SASS

• SEO best practices

• CSS architecture methods like BEM, OOCSS, or SMACSS

• Building HTML emails that work across clients
  🖥️ Familiarity with ASP.NET Razor C# syntax
